Weather Situation
A cold front crossing the western districts of Victoria will continue to move over the remainder of the State overnight and on Friday morning. Behind the front a ridge will build over the southern half of the Country, directing a south-westerly to north westerly flow over the State until Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 17 August Cloudy. Very high chance of showers, most likely later tonight. Light winds.

Forecast for Friday 18 August
Partly cloudy. Very high chance of showers, most likely in the morning with possible small hail in the southwest. The chance of a thunderstorm near the New South Wales border in the afternoon and evening. Winds west to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h turning southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h in the morning then tending west to southwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to around 5 with daytime temperatures reaching around 13.
